Cinnamon Teal
A small dabbling duck named for the male’s rich reddish-cinnamon body and bright red eye. Females are mottled brown and look similar to other female teal, but both sexes may show a blue wing patch in flight. Usually found in shallow freshwater marshes, ponds, wetlands, and flooded fields.
